At Cape Cod Stickers, we want you to receive your stickers quickly and be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping and return procedures.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders do not ship the same day they are placed, as each sticker is hand-cut and carefully packaged in our Cape Cod studio.
Please note: Expedited shipping options available at checkout will speed up transit time but do not reduce our 1-2 business day processing time.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). International orders are handed off to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
We guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re not 100% happy with your stickers, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to return shipping costs. For the fastest service:
If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Custom sticker orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Please see our Guarantee Policy for information about stickers damaged during installation.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from USPS. We recommend choosing tracked shipping for orders over $20.
