At Cape Cod Stickers, we want you to receive your stickers quickly and be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping and return procedures.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders do not ship the same day they are placed, as each sticker is hand-cut and carefully packaged in our Cape Cod studio.

Please note: Expedited shipping options available at checkout will speed up transit time but do not reduce our 1-2 business day processing time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping Options

  • Free Untracked Shipping: Available on all domestic orders via USPS
  • Free Tracked Shipping: Available on orders $20 and above via USPS Ground Advantage with door-to-door tracking

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries:

Canada

  • Cost: $13.99
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 weeks
  • Tracking: Yes, included

All Other International Destinations

Cost: $17.99
Delivery Time: 1-4 weeks

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). International orders are handed off to your local postal carrier for final delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Cape Cod Stickers Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re not 100% happy with your stickers, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

Before Returning Items

You must contact us first before returning any items. Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unapplied and unused
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Original condition required (stickers cannot have been applied to any surface)

Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • International Returns: No physical return required - we handle returns based on photos only

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are processed within 1-2 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to return shipping costs. For the fastest service:

  1. Request a refund for your original order
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damage

If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

What We Need

  • Photo of the damaged item(s)
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

Our Response

  • Domestic Orders: Replacement or refund processed within 1-2 business days
  • International Orders: Replacement or refund processed within 1-2 business days
  • No return required for damaged items

Custom Orders

Custom sticker orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Please see our Guarantee Policy for information about stickers damaged during installation.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Stickers that have been applied to any surface
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Custom orders (see our Guarantee Policy for exceptions)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Untracked Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from USPS. We recommend choosing tracked shipping for orders over $20.

Tracked Shipments

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes tracking updates incorrectly)
  4. Contact us if the package doesn’t appear
